Rie Hosokai artist from Japan has made an of  innovation art fashion by using latex balloons to create a unique dress that can only be used 24 hours before they deflate and change color in hot weather. Rie Hosokai began to make a balloon wedding dress two years ago, and so far he has sold 20 inflatable creations that he lifted the spirits and remind them of childhood.
